PROCESS
The natural latex originated in Malaysia added the company's special formula natural auxiliary material, and then put mixed natural material into storage tank to stir and ferment. The aluminum mold twice dip into different color latex liquid after soaking and cleaning by weak acid, weak lye and water. The gloves will be demoulded manually one by one via high temperature vulcanization, at the same time complete primary inspection. Finally, the gloves will be get into shaped by two times of water cleaning at different temperatures and two times of drying, and then the gloves will be inspected one by one according to quality standard. The qualified gloves will be packed and delivered to customer and consumer.
